1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase

• You must not have downloaded more than 5 templates (for subscription plans)

• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Templates that have been modified or customized

• Subscription plans after 7 days (you may cancel future billing)

• One-time template purchases after 7 days

• Products marked as "final sale"

4. Subscription Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

• Cancellation stops future billing immediately

• No refund for the current billing period unless requested within the first 7 days

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your order number

• Full name on the account

• Date of purchase

• Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

7. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
