Shipping policy

Important Note

sheetzone.shop sells only digital products. There is no physical shipping of goods. This Shipping Policy explains how your digital products are "delivered" electronically.

1. Delivery Method

All products are delivered digitally via:

  • Instant download link on the order confirmation page

  • Download link sent to your email address

  • Access to your account dashboard (my account → my purchases)

2. Delivery Time

  • Immediately after purchase: As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are redirected to a download page.

  • Email delivery: A confirmation email with your download link is sent within 5-10 minutes.

  • Account access: Your templates appear in your account library instantly.

3. What You Receive

Upon purchase, you receive:

  • A ZIP file containing your template(s)

  • File formats: .xlsx (Excel), Google Sheets link, .numbers (Mac)

  • Instruction PDF (for select templates)

  • Access to future updates if applicable

4. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Verify you entered the correct email address at checkout

  3. Log into your account dashboard (if you created one)

  4. Contact us at clementine23@atomicmail.io with your order number

We will resend your download link within 24 hours.

5. No Physical Shipping Costs

Because all products are digital:

  • No shipping fees are charged

  • No tracking number is provided

  • No delivery delays due to carriers, weather, or customs

6. International Orders

Our digital products are available worldwide. There are no restrictions based on country. You do not need to pay customs or import duties because nothing physical is shipped.

7. Lost or Deleted Files

If you lose your downloaded files or accidentally delete them:

  • Option 1: Log into your account dashboard and re-download your templates (unlimited times).

  • Option 2: Contact us and we will resend the download link.

We retain purchase records for at least 12 months.

8. Subscription Access

If you have a subscription plan:

  • You can download templates at any time from your account library

  • Access remains active as long as your subscription is current

  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your billing period

9. Technical Support for Downloads

If you have trouble downloading or opening your files:

  • Ensure you have software to open ZIP files (built into most operating systems)

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Disable any VPN or ad-blocker temporarily

  • Contact us for assistance

10. Delivery Confirmation

We consider an order delivered when:

  • You are redirected to the download success page after payment

  • OR you receive the confirmation email with download link
